Q: What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

A: Cocktail attire, darling! Think elevated, but not over-the-top—dresses, suits, jumpsuits, and shoes you can actually dance in. We want you to feel fabulous and comfortable.

Q: What’s the weather like in February?

A: February in Florida is basically our reward for surviving the summer. Expect mild, breezy evenings and sunshine during the day—perfect for celebrating. You might want a light jacket or shawl once the sun sets, just in case Florida decides to pretend it has seasons.

Q: Will the ceremony and reception be in the same place?

A: Yes! No venue hopping required. Once you arrive, you’re with us for the whole shebang—ceremony, cocktails, dinner, and dancing all in one spot.

Q: Can I bring a plus one?

A: If your invitation says “+1,” then yes—and we can’t wait to meet them! If not, we’re keeping things intimate and hope you understand (and still love us).

Q: Are kids invited?

A: We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only evening so everyone can relax, celebrate, and stay up way past bedtime.

Q: What time should I get there?

A: The ceremony starts at 5pm, so plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and take in the moment. (Plus, we’d really hate for you to accidentally photobomb the walk down the aisle.)

Q: Is there parking?

A: Yes! There is plenty of onsite parking. If you are staying in one of our hotel blocks, we will also have a shuttle to transport you to and from our venue. Easy and breezy—just like us.

Q: What’s on the menu?

A: Trust us—it’s going to be delicious. Think great food, strong drinks, and delicious desserts. Come ready to toast, taste, and maybe sneak a second dessert.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

A: No worries—we’ve planned ahead. Let us know your needs on the RSVP card and we’ll make sure there’s something tasty for you.

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?

A: We’re going unplugged for the ceremony so everyone can be fully present (and not watching through a screen). Phones down, hearts open. Our photographer will capture all the magic—you’ll get to see it soon after!

Q: I’m coming from out of town—any travel tips?

A: We’re so excited you’re making the trip! The most convenient airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA)—just a short drive from all the wedding festivities.

We’ve also reserved hotel blocks at two nearby hotels to make things easy and cozy for you. Be sure to book early—February is a beautiful time to visit Florida!
